About I&I Builders
This story starts more than 25 years ago when Ismael Miranda (Co-founder of I&I Builders) started working in the construction industry, where he accumulated a vast knowledge in all the Commercial and Residential construction areas.
Immediately he felt the passion for the construction Industry, taking this to an expert level. While he was working at his last big commercial project he became a good friend of Isaias who also have experience working in high level of responsibilities and functions like project manager, being responsible to organize and manage big projects, they both immediately realized they could be benefit on each other expertise and great chemistry so they decided to found “I & I Builders” working together as a family…
Since 2020 when they accomplished their dream to open “I&I Builders”, they have worked side by side in every single project till now, sharing their passion for what they do best,

Over the years, I have developed a comprehensive range of skills that make me an effective project manager/business owner, including the ability to plan, organize and manage projects from inception to completion.
I’m a highly motivated and results-driven individual.
My unique combination of strategic planning, problem solving and analytical skills has enabled me to excel in my roles as a business owner, I understand the importance of coordination, communication and time management to ensure successful project completion.
I have worked in the residential side of construction for many years. However, my most experience is in commercial construction.
HOBBIES
In addition to my love for construction I am a family man, the father of beautiful twins, I enjoy playing guitar, fishing, spending time with extended family and lending a helping hand to friends and family in need.

I have been working in construction for over 25 years, I started in residential construction and then moved in to the commercial construction field .
Over those years I have worked for Big Construction Companies mainly as a carpenter and also performing different roles and responsibilities who gave me the hands on experience I have gained.
I have participated in big projects from start to finish and I feel great satisfaction when I enjoy the final result that comes with team work with professional people.
Now as a homeowner, my goal is to help you to fulfill your dreams and make them came true.
